PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I-97 Business Park Phase 3 is a five-story Class A, core and shell office building was
constructed utilizing tiltwall construction and brick cladding with the main entrances featuring
aluminum composite metal panels and full floor to ceiling curtainwall glazing. The interior
sports shower rooms, three stairwells, three elevators, a digital directory, and wood and
porcelain finishes with entirely LED lighting. The building is anticipated to receive LEED Silver
certification.
