PROJECT DESCRIPTION
8000 Rideout Road is a 4 story, 105,000 sf speculative office building strategically located just outside the secure gate of the Redstone Arsenal military base in Huntsville, AL. A 4 story glass and metal curtain wall feature attracts visitors to the main building entry of this tilt-wall concrete building. The lobby design is a balance between dark wood wall + ceiling panels with light wood veneer baffles that form a textural canopy over the seating areas. This is one of several projects that Powers Brown Architecture has completed at Redstone Gateway.
The project was awarded LEED Silver.
