Rockville Self-Storage is a new conventionally constructed 2/5 story self-storage building. The building includes incidental uses of sales office and loading dock. It is a type of IIA Construction utilizing a steel SS30 structural grid, 10 ft. by 10 ft. on center and a 12 inch mat slab. The exterior envelope is comprised of fiber cement siding, EIFs, and 4” split face CMU on metal stud framing. At approximately 118,443 gross SF, the facility holds a total of 1049 units ranging in size from 5 ft. by 5 ft to 10 ft. by 30 ft.
