Project description
Sparrows Point is a 3,100 acre redevelopment in Baltimore, MD for Tradepoint Atlantic. The
master plan calls to construct in excess of 14,000,000 SF over a period of 10-12 years.
Powers Brown Architecture was tasked to design the original two buildings for the site
including a 300,000 square foot cross-dock warehouse and a 450,000 square foot cross-dock
warehouse.
