PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Redstone Gateway, adjacent the Redstone Arsenal Army Post, is a 468-acre development site consisting of Class A Office and R&D facilities supported by retail and hotel amenities in Huntsville, AL. Powers Brown Architecture has partnered with Corporate Office Properties Trust to design and construct numerous buildings ranging from a 60,000 sf warehouse to a 230,000 sf secure, blast resistant office building inside the gate at Redstone Arsenal.
Powers Brown Architecture worked to design a site adaptive prototype office building which provides the developer with a unique speed to market advantage when working to secure tenants in a competitive real estate environment. To date we have completed over 600,000 sf of build-to-suit and speculative office space and R&D facilities and have an additional 500,000 sf in design for tenants such as Yulista, KBR, Northrop Grumman, and PEO Missiles and Space. Our proven ability to organize teams, manage complex requirements, meet impossible schedules and keep the projects on budget have made us a valued partner in the overall development of this unique site.
