Cedar Port Crossing is the largest master-planned rail-and-barge-served industrial park in the United States and fifth largest industrial park in the world. This park spans 15,000 acres and is an ideal location for light or heavy industrial use, manufacturing of all types, waterfront operations, and warehouse/distribution operations.
Powers Brown Architecture completed many projects on this site, including Ravago, a 748,071-sf manufacturing, warehouse, and office building, and Vinmar, a 500,006-sf manufacturing, warehouse, and office building.
