Project description
The 137-acre project near the Port of Houston’s Bayport and Barbours Cut shipping terminals will be built in two phases, with over 2 million sf of warehouse space. The project will offer spaces from 20,000 sf to nearly 500,00 sf and will feature finished office space with frontage along Red Bluff.
