Project description
The renovation of these two facilities includes accessibility compliance upgrades, energy efficiency upgrades and interior finish upgrades. The scope of work includes both interior renovations and site work. The scope of renovations includes, but is not limited to, demolition, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, storefront glazing, paving modifications, masonry, concrete, interior finishes, drywall, wood veneer doors, door hardware and miscellaneous structural work.
