PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Constructed behind the gate at Redstone Arsenal, this 160,000 sf blast-resistant tilt-wall office building was purpose built to house several secure government agencies. The three story building is comprised of two “wings” separated by a through-lobby designed to provide each agency with it’s own secure entry.
The main entry of the building features a glass and metal curtain wall facade clearly identifying the point of entry for visitors. Five elevators are provided in two separate zones to manage security and six egress stairs accommodate the large number of building occupants.
