Arvada Parks and fleet
The project consisted of the phased demolition of an existing 30,000 sf Parks and Fleet maintenance facility for the City of Arvada. Working with an incredibly tight budget and a challenging site the design team was able to design a larger state-of-the-art responsible for the programming, design and implementation of a new facility to meet the city’s ever-growing needs. The new 41,399 sf facility started construction in Spring 2020 and was completed on schedule and on budget.
