Research Park

Project description

Research Park 2 and 3 are pieces of the 50-acre campus-like Research Park at Texas A&M University. The Research Park 2 Office Building is located adjacent to the main campus in the heart of the Texas A&M Research Park. Providing 88,000 square feet of office space, the building has a modern façade, yet still complies and fits with the institutional requirements of Texas A&M University.

The building was constructed utilizing tilt-wall technology with conventional steel framing. A compatible brick skin with high performing glass is accented by ribbed sections
of concrete, giving the exterior a sense of quality and depth. After Compaq (HP) and Schlumberger took two-thirds of the building, Texas A&M took out a master lease for the balance of the property.

The Research Park 3 Office Building is located on the periphery of the Texas A&M Research Park. Holding nearly 70,000 square feet of administrative and manufacturing space, the building has a modern brick skin façade that complies and fits within the high requirements of Texas A&M University. The building was constructed utilizing tilt-wall technology, with conventional steel framing, and is home to Lynntech.
