PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This new project is a 20,000 SF build-to-suit for the GW Hillel student organization on the George Washington University campus in Washington, DC. The design embraces Hillel’s mission and program to transform the small urban site into a vibrant anchor of the Campus Plan in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood.
Integrated indoor/outdoor spaces create a natural connection allowing meeting and worship activities to transition seamlessly either to the intimate courtyard garden or to the rooftop terrace.
Office and student areas intermix in open lounges and dining areas fostering a cohesive relationship enhancing student engagement.
