PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The University of Houston Student Housing project is a 15-story building consisting of 197 units & 502 beds. The building is organized around a well-amenitized internal courtyard. The courtyard is opened up at the prominent corner in order to obtain views from units which would normally face inward. This opening in the building facade created a layering effect and is the defining formal characteristic of the building.
