PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Hudson is a student housing community located in Marietta, Gerogia that serves the
students of Kennesaw State University’s south campus. The project consists of two 5-story
buildings that are of Type III-A wood-framed construction. Provides within these buildings are
204 units and 558 beds along with a leasing office and amenity spaces being provided on the
lower level of one of the buildings. Amenities include an outdoor pool, a social room, fitness,
a dog walk, a yoga studio, a game room and several study spaces. Parking is provided on a
surface lot and includes 408 parking spaces.
