PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The development consists of a 5-Story Type III-A wood framed residential building over a
2-story Type I-A concrete podium that includes parking, leasing, amenities and residential
units. It provides 209 units and 677 beds to students of the University of Oklahoma. Amenities
provided are a E-gaming room, a gaming lounge, state of the art fitness, yoga, a juice bar
lounge with a climbing wall, sauna room, tanning bed, co-working space and a rooftop lounge
with views of the football stadium. Several study rooms are provided on the residential levels
as well for students who actually want to study. Parking is provided by way of 266 spaces
that are within the first 2 levels and within a lower basement level. Located adjacent to the
University of Oklahoma campus and within a half mile walk to Oklahoma Memorial Stadium,
the project site could not be more ideal.
