PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Atlas at Richland Road is a new multi-family housing project in Auburn, Alabama that is located on a 24 acre site at the northwest corner of the intersection of Richland Road and Shug Jordan Parkway. Located in close proximity to Auburn University, the project should appeal to both students and local residents alike. It consists of a mix of Studio, 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom unit plans across cottage, townhome and flats products. The community includes approximately 17 studio units, 27 one bedroom units, 50 two bedroom units, 155 three bedroom units, and 26 four bedroom units. Interior amenities include a state of the art fitness w/ yoga studio, study rooms, a clubroom, gaming lounge and a tranquil library space. The extravagant outdoor amenities for the site include a pool w/ a pavilion and jumbotron for gamedays, a beer garden, a grilling area, a putting green, several activity lawns, basketball courts, pickleball courts, volleyball courts and a park for residents furry little friends. Parking is provided by way of surface parking that includes 819 spaces for residents.
