East Gate Storage Center is a newly constructed self-storage building with 3 above grade levels. The main use of the building is a self-storage facility with incidental office and garage use. The building is a type IIB construction with steel columns and concrete footings. The exterior envelope is comprised of fiber cement siding/EIFS/metal panel finish on metal stud framing. At approximately 105,778 gross SF, the facility holds a total of 741 units ranging in size (5×5 – 10×30).
