PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Mount Pearl Condominium project consists of 18 townhomes, retail buildings and two condominium towers. The project is proposed in three phases with a combined total of approximately 307,415 sf, 138 homes, retail and 230 parking spaces. Phase I of the project will consist of the 18 three-story townhomes measuring 1,600 SF a piece. Phase II of the project consists of a 9,430 sf retail building and a 12-story condo tower consisting of 60 units. Phase II will see the completion of the second 12-story condo tower with 60 units.
