PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Newfoundland Center for Health Excellence is an adaptive reuse of a former warehouse club into a new concept private and public healthcare facility. The goal of this project is to help bridge the gap between private and government healthcare in the province. The facility will contain specialty and urgent care, imaging, pharmacy and a general care clinic that can accommodate more than 150 patients per day.
