Project description
Perfect Smiles Orthodontics is a 1,300 SF space located within a newly renovated medical office building in the neighborhood of Lincolnia in Alexandria, VA. Enjoying close proximity to the Landmark Mall, the project has great accessibility. The patient areas are located along the glass-line of the building to bring in natural light and provide exterior views. The staff areas are located closer to the core to provide privacy and separate staff-only access. Bright colors were used in this design to reinforce and promote the company’s brand. With a limited ceiling height, the partially exposed ceiling plan provided more openness to the layout.
