Texas Traditions Bank is a tenant improvement in the Katy Ranch Crossing II building designed by Powers Brown Architecture. This 6,077 sf ground floor retail and office space works as a bank for the incoming public with a waiting area, teller counter and safe. The private offices provide space for the employees that work in the back of house with breakroom, IT closet and corporate boardroom.
