Located on a prominent 36-acre site, the three-building, 525,800 total-square-foot industrial park is comprised of two Class A, speculative industrial buildings designed and constructed for single- or multi-tenant configurations. Building 1 is a 131,910 sf front-load facility with 28 dock doors. Building 2 offers a cross-dock design with 218,110 sf and 66 dock doors. The second phase of the development will accommodate up to 176,800 sf for a best-in-class industrial/logistics facility.
