This single-story speculative 24-foot clear office/warehouse facility was designed to fit within an existing industrial campus in Boulder County. Due to the competitive nature of this park, the facility was designed with updated finishes along the building’s frontage. Elements such as stone, wood-look form liner, premium glazing, along with varying parapet heights and massing highlight the entry features. To maximize the marketability of this facility, the warehouse has 60’ bays and knock-out panels, which will allow future tenants to customize the number of overhead doors and docks to meet their needs.
