Carson Portwall DC is a two building layout, both of which are 260 feet deep, with a drive separating the two buildings and connecting the rearload truck court with the main access road. This particular site is located in Northeast Houston just inside the 610 Loop with a security fence defining the property. The warehouses have a clear height of 30 feet and a total of 91 truck bays.
