Pinto Business Park, a joint-venture between Pinto Development Realty and Hines, is a 971-acre industrial park that when fully developed will accommodate up to 7 million square feet of build-to-suit and user-owned distribution, light manufacturing and corporate campus space.
Located in the Houston’s north/northwest submarkets, where industrial vacancy rates are some of the lowest in the country, Pinto Business Park is the largest, fully entitled, contiguous tract of land located inside Beltway 8 and outside the 500-year floodplain. Plaza Verde Buildings 1 & 2 and HD Supply, other Powers Brown Architecture projects, are located in Pinto Business Park.
Build-to-suits within the park include: Alfa Laval, HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Emser Tile, PSS Industrial Group, and Grocers Supply.
