Lakeview Business Park

Project description

Lakeview Business Park is a 169-acre master plan located south of Houston in Missouri City, Texas on an old golf course. In a way, the roads were already created; the curvature of the fairways were used to create the R.O.W.’s. This strategy allowed us to salvage the most trees as possible. An existing pond, once deemed as a water hazard to golfers, is now an amenity to the park.

The business park is primarily for industrial / office, both spec and build-to-suits.

The development of this project involved numerous meetings with city officials and heavy coordination with our civil engineers, traffic impact analyst and landscaping. In laying out the proposed master plan, we developed a set of development guidelines for the park and in turn, wrote them into the PD for the park.

Southwest Electronic Energy, the two-story building and one-story production and high-pile warehouse development project design-led by Powers Brown Architecture, is a part of the Lakeview Business Park.

The 39,120-sf Lufkin Automation office and manufacturing facility is also located at the Lakeview Business Park.

Also, located in Lakeview Business Park, CNC Manufacturing is a new, ground-up 75,000-sf manufacturing facility, with 6,000-sf of administrative office spaces and 60,000-sf of high-bay storage.
