Empire West, is an over 3.3 million-square-foot multi-building industrial park in Brookshire, Texas, comprised of vold shell buildings to anticipate for tenants with product distribution necessities. This business park provides visibility and distribution reach to Houston and south/central Texas, and is next door to big-name corporations such as Amazon, Costco, Domino's, Igloo, and Rooms-to-Go.
