Edge 470 is a multi-building industrial park consisting of four buildings constructed in two distinct phases with visibility and access to the E-470 corridor.
Each building is designed to allow for up to six tenants, all with adequate trailer and office access. The interior is entirely white, providing greater light penetration. They also feature high-performance glazing for thermal comfort and reduced energy consumption, above market glazing, parking ratios, and roll-up glass doors for employee amenity areas.
