Cole Creek Park encompasses nearly 40-acres of land in Northwest Houston. Phase I includes a 200,000 sf cross dock office-warehouse with 60-foot loading bays and a 24-foot clear height. Cole Creek Phase I is the first of six buildings, which sets the tone for future “Class A” development .
A central feature of this park is the detention designed as a public amenity including on-site water treatment. The use of stone and curtain-wall glazing at the entries creates a unique character for the industrial complex. One of the challenges and opportunities presented with this project was the preservation of the surrounding landscape within and around the given site.
