Neumann & Esser (NEA), founded in Germany, is a manufacturer of hydraulic press, decatizing rollers, reciprocating steam-powered engines and napping mills providing engineering services worldwide. This new 2-story tilt-wall facility is crane-served with a clear height of 8’ and provides NEA with a significant amount of storage. Setback windows on the ground floor and punched openings on the second floor of the south and west elevations help to reduce glare. A larger curtain wall system on the north elevation maximizes daylight and views to the exterior.
