Project description
This 4,100,000 SF facility houses office, lab, manufacturing, and distribution spaces for a global heating, cooling, and refrigerant manufacturer. The owner requested that all business functions for the 497-acre campus be housed within the same building.
The facility is the world’s largest tilt wall building with 370 panels measuring more than two miles in length. It is also the largest and one of the most technologically advanced HVAC manufacturing facilities in the country.
The project is LEED Gold Certified.
