Project description
This 165,000 SF structure houses office, manufacturing, and warehouse spaces for a plastic bag manufacturer. The 70’ clear height “tower” portion of the building includes storage silos and processing equipment. The facility is clad in an insulated metal panel skin with slit windows to provide ample amounts of daylight to the interior functions. The project is LEED Silver Certified.
