PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The 135,000 sf Research & Development building and supporting 60,000 sf Materials Warehouse are two key components of Yulista’s 302,000 sf build-to-suit HQ Campus at Redstone Gateway. Situated directly outside the secure gate at Redstone Arsenal, the work performed here supports the missions of the US Army and NASA.
Complex infrastructure requirements were carefully coordinated to facilitate the operations of a machine shop, electronics lab, integration area, paint booth and CNC lab. The one story high bay tilt wall buildings were designed and constructed in less than one year to meet the client’s mission critical time line.
