PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The JPMS Wilmer, Texas facility functions as the company’s new global product distribution center and corporate headquarters. The new facility—located south of downtown Dallas—serves as the central hub for JPMS’s worldwide distribution of its industry leading brands. The project scope includes a 176,648 square foot, tenant improvement designed to support executive operations, office functions, high density warehouse storage, hazardous materials handling, logistics coordination, and workforce amenities. Major functional components include executive office suites, conference rooms, administrative spaces, wellness areas, an R&D and QC laboratory, hazmat storage, high pile VNA racking systems, pallet racking zones, and breakroom facilities. Together, these spaces support both the company’s corporate leadership functions and high volume product distribution operations.
