PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Jackson Supply is a 50,375 SF built to suit for a distributor of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment in the greater Houston area. This new facility consists of 2-story office space at approximately 11,000 SF and 44,600 SF of storage warehouse. The storage warehouse includes dock-high equipment loading and unloading, dock levelers and oversized drive-in door with ramp, multiple HVLS fans, and fork lift charging. The 28’ clear height space is equipped with an ESFR sprinkler system to accommodate future high-pile storage. Offices spaces include both open and private offices, meeting rooms, restroom and break room facilities for both office and warehouse staff, will-call and covered outdoor amenity space.
