Project description
Powers Brown Architecture designed ALRE’s new $25M retail center in the Town of Paradise in Newfoundland. The project, which is our first Atlantic Canadian retail center, is estimated to be completed in December 2019, with first stores opening in the spring of 2020. The plan calls for 10 retailers – a mix of privately and corporately operated franchises. Once construction of the 80,000 to 90,000 sf retail plaza on the 600,000 sf site is completed, it will serve as the main commercial hub for the town of Paradise.
