This renovation was done in two phases. Phase I included the complete renovation of the dining facilities, including a new state-of-the-art kitchen and food storage facility. New terra cotta tile was installed in the dining areas with seating for 150 people. This phase was completed in the spring of 2002.
Phase II, completed in Summer 2005, was the renovation of the bar and lounge area and an extension of the terrace. Keeping with the history of the club, the project design incorporated the existing nautical theme with the creation of a bow-shaped bar with brass accents.
