The Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) awarded aerospace company Yulista Holding, LLC, and real estate company Hines with Tilt-Up Achievement Awards - Yulista for their new 105,000 sf 8600 Redstone Gateway and Hines for their 85,694 sf Hines Empower Phase II project.
Designed to be a centralized hub for employees from various sites, Yulista's 8600 Redstone Gateway features 60,000-sf warehouse for material and equipment storage, a 135,000-sf research and development facility, and a four-story 105,000-sf office building. This project was also given the Excellence in Achievement designation, an award only given to projects scoring highest in architectural and engineering creativity and construction ingenuity.
