An iconic, struggling property that once was Houston's largest shopping mall is now set for new life as a $150 million industrial park.
On Tuesday, Lincoln and New York Life Investment Management announced the acquisition of Greenspoint Mall, located at 12300 North Freeway on the northeast corner of Interstate 45 and Beltway 8. The once-iconic Houston shopping center, sitting on roughly 80 acres, will transform into a 1.2 million square feet of industrial buildings, redefined as CityNorth Industrial Park.
