Stream Realty Partners has broken ground on a 1.1 million-square-foot industrial development in Lebanon, according to a news release.
The speculative development will offer two buildings on nearly 90 acres in the booming Wilson County suburb.
The new project, called Central Pike, will offer a nearly 356,000-square-foot-building with light industrial space, a 130-foot truck court and 80 trailer parking spaces. The second building will span over 724,000 square feet and include 177 trailer parking spaces.
