STONELAKE CAPITAL PARTNERS ANNOUNCES GROUND BREAKING ON 48-ACRE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN GEORGETOWN
Stonelake Capital Partners announced breaking ground on the 48-acre industrial park dubbed "Georgetown Logistics Park" and located on I-35 just north of Austin. This 620,000 square feet, Class-A warehouse and distribution space will span three buildings on a speculative basis.
Georgetown Logistics Park will feature best-in-class specifications and appeal to the needs of various manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse tenants in the greater Central Texas Region.
All three buildings will be completed in one phase. Powers Brown Architecture and Pape Dawson Engineers provided design services for the project, and Zapalac Reed is the general contractor.
