Robins & Morton celebrates completion of Redstone Gateway 8100
Construction firm Robins & Morton and Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) have completed the Redstone Gateway 8100 building in Huntsville, Alabama. The five-story, 125,00-square-foot office building is located on Rideout Road, just outside Gate 9 at Redstone Arsenal, and is adjacent to the five-story RG8200/RG8300 Northrop Grumman R&D campus buildings completed by Robins & Morton earlier this year.
The project is also pursuing LEED certification as a joint RG8000/RG8100 campus submission. Robins & Morton is the general contractor, and Powers Brown Architecture is the architect.
