HOUSTON, Texas — Powers Brown Architecture today announced that Dare Lovett has joined the firm as Principal for Strategic Growth, a newly created role focused on expanding client partnerships, strengthening market presence, and advancing long-term business development initiatives across the firm’s North American offices.
Lovett brings a deep-rooted background in the commercial real estate industry, with a career spanning decades of relationship-building collaboration and project origination across office, industrial, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. Known for his extensive network and market insight, Lovett has worked closely with developers, landlords, corporate users, and brokerage teams throughout the US, helping drive project opportunities from concept through delivery.
In his new role, Lovett will work alongside firm leadership to identify strategic opportunities, cultivate new client relationships, and support Powers Brown Architecture’s continued growth across key markets. “Dare’s long-standing presence in the commercial real estate community and his ability to connect people and opportunities make him an ideal addition to our leadership team,” said CEO/President Bruce Walck. “He understands how projects come together from the architect, client and developer perspective, and his experience will help us continue to grow in a thoughtful, strategic way while delivering value to our partners.”
“I’ve spent my career working in various roles within the commercial real estate community, and I’m excited to bring that experience to Powers Brown Architecture,” said Lovett. “The firm has a strong reputation for design, delivery, and client service, and I look forward to helping expand opportunities and deepen relationships across markets and sectors.”
