North Houston industrial development fills with tenant, plus more real estate transactions 

Trammell Crow Co. and joint venture partner Clarion Partners said their new 356,000-square-foot Rankin 45 Distribution Center at 13800 North Freeway is fully leased to two tenants. Umoja Supply Chain Solutions signed a 176,000-square-foot lease and Sungrow USA Corp. signed a nearly 180,000-square-foot lease in the building. Joseph Smith and Faron Wiley of CBRE represented the landlord in the leases. Geoff Perrott and Jeff Venghaus of JLL, along with Matt Knafel with Kwill Advisors, represented Umoja. Michael Foreman and Beau Kaleel of Cushman & Wakefield represented Sungrow USA. 

The cross-dock industrial building on 22.5 acres at Interstate 45 and Rankin Road, north of Beltway 8, was designed by Powers Brown Architecture and constructed by A&F General Contractors.
