Constellation Real Estate Partners, a newly established real estate development company in Dallas, TX, plans to build two industrial buildings totaling 426,000-square-feet. Powers Brown Architecture and New Jersey-based engineering firm Langan are collaborating with the developer as design leads.
Constellation said that the project, dubbed Constellation Post Oak, will include cross-dock capabilities, front-load configuration, and 32-foot and 35-foot clear heights.
Construction is set to begin in June 2022 with completion scheduled in the second quarter of 2023.
