A new 24,220-square-foot Kelsey-Seybold clinic is slated to open in the Fairfield master-planned community this fall.
A Kelsey-Seybold Clinic press release announced plans to construct the new Cypress area facility at 27020 Northwest Freeway, with space for up to a dozen providers of primary and specialty health care for all ages.
The clinic will also have a pharmacy and will be able to offer onsite X-rays, ultrasounds, mammograms and lab services, the press release details.
Powers Brown Architecture designed Kelsey-Seybold Clinic-Fairfield and Gamma Construction will serve as the general contractor.
