HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Portman has expanded its industrial business into Houston with the upcoming development of a 714,233-SF industrial park in North Houston.
The national developer has closed on the land and construction loan for Gateway 1960, a three-building, Class-A industrial park along FM 1960 at Aldine Westfield Road, just north of George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Construction is expected to begin this month and wrap up in the third quarter of 2027...
“This park will support high-growth users looking to solidify their footprint in Houston or Dallas that also recognize the competitive advantage of efficient regional distribution and fulfillment operations,” said Jon Harmon, Senior Vice President of Development for Portman. “Gateway 1960 will deliver premier facilities in one of the region’s most dynamic industrial corridors.”
