February 16, 2022
Houston-based Midway’s CityCentre mixed-use development is officially moving into its next phase.

The company has begun demolition work on the vacant Four Points by Sheraton Houston West, at 10655 Katy Freeway, to make way for a new six-story office building called CityCentre Seven. The demolition work is expected to take about six months.

When it is completed, CityCentre Seven will offer a total of 147,000 square feet, including 120,000 square feet of office space and more than 27,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Midway expects the development to include boutique fitness, spa and wellness amenities and fast-casual dining. Located near the southeast corner of Beltway 8 and Interstate 10, CityCentre Seven will offer parking in a seven-level garage.
