JLL Capital Markets Secures Financing for Industrial Portfolio Across Four U.S. States
JLL Capital Markets, a leading real estate investment firm, has recently
arranged $61,340,000 in financing for a diverse industrial portfolio
spanning Colorado, New York, Tennessee, and Washington. The loan was
secured on behalf of EverWest Real Estate Investors from institutional
investors advised by J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives.
One notable property in Denver, known as Central Connection, is a Class-A industrial distribution facility developed by Comunale Properties and designed by Powers Brown Architecture. Situated at a prime corner of I-25 and I-270, Central Connection offers immediate access to all of Denver’s primary highways and interstates.
