Houston-based developer to build six-building industrial park in Schertz
A Houston developer is planning to construct a six-building industrial park in Schertz, according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. When finished, the Park 35 project is expected to deliver 1.4 million square feet of warehouse space along Interstate 35 near Amazon's DSX9 facility.
Houston-based Powers Brown Architecture is designing the project. Leasing is being handled by Roger Hill and Kyle Mueller at JLL.
